Eedris Abdulkareem’s record label gives update
The record company for Nigerian hip-hop artist Eedris Abdulkareem, Lakreem Entertainment Inc., has provided an update on the singer’s health.
Recall that Eedris has been receiving dialysis since receiving a diagnosis of renal failure.
His management announced the postponement of the planned kidney transplant procedure in a statement on Thursday.
Eedris is in good spirits, making a few cameo appearances, and adhering to all of the doctor’s instructions and recommended lifestyle adjustments, according to the statement.
As a result, it urged Nigerians to keep praying for the musician.
The management of Lakreem Entertainment on behalf of the Abdulkareem family, hereby reports that the scheduled kidney transplant surgery, which was tentatively scheduled for July 27 (yesterday), has been advanced by the doctors. This is in continuation of our earlier report on the health challenges of the Nigerian Hip Hop Czar Eedris Abdulkareem.
We also reiterate our promise and commitment to keep you updated as we move along with the process. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank and appreciate everyone for their tremendous outpouring of prayers, love, care, affection, and support while we wait for the actual surgery date, which could happen at any time since all plans have been completed.
“The outpouring of love and support from both domestic and international sources has been genuinely fantastic and overwhelming. Most significantly, it means the world to the sick Eedris since it unquestionably acts as the necessary tonic that will let him fight and prevail in this struggle. We will always be appreciative. We all pray for God’s blessings and abiding presence, the statement concluded.
