BBNaija Season 7: Excitement, Drama, Eagerness As Reality Show Returns Today

Today marks the final day of the Big Brother Naija countdown as Ebuka Obi-Uchendu will officially launch the seventh season of the reality television program at around 7 p.m. (WAT).

This will be the seventh episode, and much like previous ones, it is expected to have plenty of love triangles, heated discussions, shocking evictions, and fierce competition for prizes worth N100 million.

The organizers gave fans access to an exclusive reunion performance for the Shine Ya Eye edition from the previous year as they prepared for the current iteration.

The reunion whetted viewers’ and fans’ appetites for the upcoming season while taking them on a walk down memory lane.

Some of the former residents had returned with various goals in mind, such as to clear up any misunderstandings and spread rumors about their former roommates.

The first show will air on Saturday, July 23, and the second will air on Sunday, July 24, 2022, just like the previous seasons.

The “fan-favorite Ninjas” would return, there would be no SMS voting, and there would be a live studio audience.

In previous seasons, different housemates’ fans were invited to the Sunday live eviction show, and “Ninjas” were employed to facilitate chores. However, this practice was discontinued due to COVID-19 regulations.

The main prize for the new season, dubbed “The only way up,” will be worth N100 million, making it the largest award for a single reality TV contest on the continent.

The Fave Lock-In promo, which is only available to DStv and GOtv subscribers, will also award N1 million to thirty other lucky fans.

Ebuka will serve as the host, and Toke Makinwa will serve as the host of the Buzz, an exclusive chat/talk show on the many events that will occur in the house.
